The first thing you can cook for your family at home is carrot juice, the various recipes of which are given below.

Carrot juice for the winter at home: a quick recipe

Of course, fresh juices are much more useful than their canned counterparts, but preserving vegetables is a great way to store the crop and save time in the future.

This is a recipe for a concentrated drink, so when you drink it, you can use it in its pure form, and dilute it with water, or make a cocktail with another juice.

You will need:

  • Carrots - 3 kg;
  • Sugar - 750 grams;
  • Water - 1.5 L;
  • Citric acid - half a teaspoon;
  • Vegetable oil - a tablespoon;
  • Orange / Lemon - 3 pcs.


  1. Washing carrots. Carefully scrape the skin off with a knife.
  2. Cut into small pieces, or circles and turn into mashed potatoes using a blender.
