  • 10 g of salt;
  • 40 g butter;
  • 380 g lingonberries;
  • 770 g of flour;
  • 275 g of sugar;
  • 50 g of potato starch;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 14 g of yeast;
  • 150 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 320 ml of milk.


  1. Heat half the milk, dissolve the yeast in it and after a quarter of an hour add a few tablespoons of flour, stirring carefully. Leave, covered with a film, until the appearance of a magnificent cap.
  2. In a large container for making dough, mix the crushed eggs, vegetable oil, a few tablespoons of sugar and salt.
  3. Combine dough, milk and butter mixture. Knead the dough by adding the sifted flour in small portions.
  4. When warm, the dough should come up twice, only then can products be formed.
  5. Put a thin layer of vegetable oil on your hands so that the dough does not stick.
  6. Take a little dough, spread the filling (mixed berries of lingonberries, starch and sugar), form pies. Place them on a baking sheet with greased pastry paper.
  7. Before you send the products for baking, let them stand for a quarter of an hour, grease with a beaten egg. It will take 20 minutes to cook.

  • 110 g butter;
  • 130 ml of ice water;
  • 480 g flour;
  • 300 g of lingonberry (you can take frozen or canned);
  • 240 g of sugar (in the filling).


  1. Pour flour into a hill, make a small depression. Pour ice water with dissolved salt and sugar, melted butter.
  2. Knead a thick, not too tight dough. Send in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  3. Divide the dough into four equal parts. Each roll out and fold the circles one on top of the other, certainly smearing with oil (previously melted).
  4. Roll out the dough, certainly dividing into parts and repeating all the processes (folding, lubrication, rolling). It should be a multilayer dough.
  5. From the finished dough, cut circles with a round small container, form small items with lingonberry filling (combine the berries with sugar just before the formation of the pies, so that they do not have time to start the juice).
  6. Bake in a hot oven, focusing on a brown crust (up to 25 min).

Put the prepared pies on a large dish and grease with butter (still hot).

  • 40 g of starch;
  • 280 g of sugar;
  • 200 g lingonberries;
  • 230 g of apples;
  • 760 g of flour;
  • 15 g of salt;
  • 100 g margarine;
  • 110 g of sugar;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 20 g of yeast (dry);
  • 520 ml of milk (fatty).


  1. In a stewpan, melt the margarine, add salt, sugar (half the total), pour the milk and put the yeast. Stir everything into a homogeneous mass. Pour some flour and send to a warm, draft-free place.
  2. Lay eggs (1 pc left to grease products), pour in flour, make dough. Be sure to leave.
  3. Cut peeled apples into small cubes, mix with lingonberries, starch and remaining sugar.
  4. Form pies, after rising, send for baking, do not forget to grease with an egg.

  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add flour and sugar in equal parts.
  2. Beat the remaining sugar with a whisk with margarine, yolk and salt.
  3. Connect the sponge and yolk mass. Pour the necessary amount of flour and knead the dough by hand.
  4. Roll out small circles in a warm dough.
